Thanks for visiting! This is a self-run orientation about being an online student. Work through these pages and then take the quiz to prove to your professor you understand how to find success this term! There are three parts: scenarios with questions, management information, and a quick quiz.
Dr. Tamara Fudge has written and taught undergraduate and graduate classes online for over 14 years. Before going online, she taught a wide variety of topics in the traditional college classroom and via "blended" delivery – and is well aware of the fear traditional students have in having their routines completely disrupted and catapulted into the technological unknown. It is hoped that this exercise will be helpful in getting acclimated to these unexpected changes. You can do it!
